Empire Global Mint's Return Policy

Empire Global Mint's primary goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with the product you receive. Our commitment to you: If any of the items you receive are not in satisfactory condition, please let us know and we will make arrangements for return.

Please note the following conditions for return:

1. Returns must be approved by management - call for authorization.

2. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

3. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

4. Empire Global Mint is not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.

5. Medals removed from capsules cannot be returned.

6. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.

7. If making a return, Empire Global Mint will not refund you until we receive our product back.

8. Empire Global Mint will charge $30 on all returned checks.

9. You must contact Empire Global Mint to make arrangements for return within seven days of receipt of merchandise.
